Good to know

How much space do I need for Pilates at home?

Enough floor to lie down with your arms overhead, roughly the size of a yoga mat, plus a clear wall for the standing sessions.

Can I do Pilates at home without equipment?

Yes. All pose workouts use body weight only. A mat is recommended for floor work but a carpet or folded blanket also works.

Are there options without kneeling or wrist pressure?

Yes. Core basics, Glute flow, Supine reset, Core flow and Glute sculpt include no kneeling and no weight on the hands. Each workout page lists this.

Can I do Pilates at home in my lunch break?

Desk reset and Morning flow are 5-minute standing sessions with no floor setup, so they fit into a short break.
